This Victoria East Boys Golf Team won the 2025 Fall Classic Golf Tournament at Colony Creek. The Titans were led by Jonas Roth who was also the Individual Medalist Champion with rounds of 78 and 75. Eastโs Michael Simpson placed 3rd overall with rounds of 71 and 85, while Spencer Czapansky placed 4th with rounds of 76 and 82, Tuff Bretz was 5th with rounds of 83 and 84, Gavin Salais had rounds of 99 and 88. The Titans first day team score was 308 and they followed up today with 324. Corpus Christi Ray had team scores of 352 and 354 and Gregory-Portland tied them for 2nd place with scores of 340 and 356. After a sudden death playoff, Rayโs Samuel Serrao birdied the playoff hole to clinch 2nd place for Ray. Jon Pieper from Gregory-Portland placed 2nd overall with rounds of 79 and 76. Eastโs Red Team tied for 5th with rounds 415 and 403. The East Red Team was led by Kyle Wainright with rounds of 95 and 91, and was help by Jack Cain (104,99), Kolten King (103,108) Bryton Speer (113,105).

Scholarship applications for the Class of 2025 are now being accepted! Students can log into their SchooLinks account to explore available scholarships they are eligible to apply for and access applications directly through the platform. Copies of applications are also available in the College and Career Center at each high school.
New scholarship opportunities are added frequently, so students are encouraged to check SchooLinks regularly to stay updated on the latest available scholarships.

Congratulations to our Titan Media crew on presenting at the annual TCEA Convention on Saturday February 1st. The session was titled Excellence in Media: Step by Step Production. Students shared how to build systems that sustain growth and develop organizational excellence. "Good Students Graduate, Good Systems Don't."

This past weekend, our VEHS Journalism students had an unforgettable experience during their field trip to a women's basketball game at the University of Texas-San Antonio! ๐โจ

Victoria East students take a Senior Walk down memory lane! Our soon-to-be graduates donned their caps and gowns and toured the feeder schools that led them to become Titans. May 14th saw elementary and junior high students and teachers line the halls and cheer on our seniors who are getting ready to walk the stage on May 25th. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members at East and our feeder school who helped make this Titan tradition a huge success!



The Texas Zoo presents Wild About Art, featuring art from Victoria East High School students from May 4th through 10th. The cost of admission is $10.50 for patrons ages 13 and up, and $9.50 for seniors. First Responders and Children under 12 years old get in free!

VEHS Journalism students attended Interscholastic League Press Conference Spring Convention at the University of Texas in Austin. They learned from experts in photography, news publication, and journalism. The staff is excited to bring their ideas back to East and continue to grow the program. VEHS Hosts STAAR Boot Camps to prepare students for success. English I and II, Algebra, Biology and US History all provided targeted interventions to review key concepts and skills leading up to the big tests. Great job to all these Professional Learning Communities and the Instructional Coaches who helped make these camps possible. We're All In for success on the STAAR!
